Ningxia XN Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, entered to the photovoltaic industry in 2008. After more than 10 years of innovation and development, it has achieved industry technology leadership in the automation of photovoltaic module manufacturing. The automatic stringer machine for solar cell developed idependently and produced by XN has broken the situation that domestic PV module factories rely on imported stringer.
Chen Run'er visited the company's processing workshops, assembly workshops, complete machine testing laboratories, and R&D centers to inspected the production process, processing technology, parts and finished products, communicated with the person in charge of the company, and learn about the company's technological innovation, product sales, and R&D team. "Are these equipments independently developed?" "What is the market share?" "How many employees does the company have and how many people are in the R&D team?" The machines are all independently researched and developed, and the domestic market share of stringer is 68%.” “There are more than 900 employees, of which 150 are in the R&D team, accounting for about 1/6.
