S4000 Stringer was on display at SNEC Exhibition

       The three-day 2020 Shanghai SNEC Photovoltaic Exhibition has ended successfully. XN's new product S4000 ultra-high speed stringer showed its strength at booth N4-360, attracting many people in the photovoltaic industry to have a close look.

 

The year 2020 is the first year of the birth of large size module. In this year's SNEC exhibition, the major module manufacturers have exhibited 18X and 21X modules, 700W+, 800W+ modules have been launched. The hot topic that everyone talks about is also how to make "big"? How big is it right? With the existing cell and raw material technology, high-power and low-voltage module have always been the goal pursued by the PV module industry. The large cells has brought many possibilities to the layout design of modules. In the future, multi-cutting cell modules can further increase the power. Through the innovative design of the layout, low voltage can also be achieved. In this way, the soldering ribbon will be more thin, the amount of silver paste used in the pad will be reduced, thereby increasing the power and lowering the cost of electricity. In the past three years, the module layout has changed from 5BB to MBB, and the full piece is changed to half piece. When the original production line of full cell is changed to half cell, the number of stringers for each line will increase exponentially. The number of operators and the floor space have been drastically increased.Similarly, in the future, the multi-cutting solution for large cells means that the production capacity of the stringer will be further reduced in the production process, which will cause the increasing of operator and the floor space, but some factories no longer allow new areas for more stringers.  S4000 ultra-high speed stringer can be compatible with 156~220mm cell pieces, the production capacity is up to 3600* cutting pieces (1/2~1/3), the maximum can be cut to 1/6 pieces, the busbar number can be compatible with 5BB~15BB.   - Design the action process of ribbon and cell placing with the concept of full cell soldering, "treat the pieces as a whole piece for soldering", to achieve super high speed.   - Each soldering channel is dual-channel , which reduces the preparation time for ribbon placing and modules preparing   - The top and bottom press tool clamps the cell and the ribbon to run, the whole soldering process is stable, accurate and reliable.   In addition to ultra-high speed, S4000 also applies many advanced technologies, laying the foundation for building an intelligent factory:   -Equipped with a docking AGV trolley interface, which can automatically load materials.   -Online or offline non-destructive cutting to provide higher mechanical load strength.   -The top and bottom press tool are automatically identified and self-cleaning is completed.   - AI string EL detection is optional.   - small cell gap or gapless cell soldering   With strong R&D strength, advanced technology of the industry, stable and reliable product quality, XN Automation will continue to contribute more advanced products to the photovoltaic industry.
